This high sensitivity version of the Volt Stick provides instant, noncontact checking for the presence of AC voltage down to 110v, without making any disconnections in cables, wall sockets, fuses,circuit breakers, junction boxes etc.

This 110v version is ideal for construction site temporary supplies and, of course, for use in mains testing in the USA.

The red indicator in the tip will illuminate on detection of AC voltage simply by applying the tip close to any connection point, or moving it along any insulated cable.

The unit generates a strong 1kHz tone to allow you to hear which loudspeakers are working on a circuit and which ones are not. It will also provide accurate impedance measurements via an easy to read analogue display, these readings can the be used to work out wattage on 100v systems or determine loudspeaker loadings on multiple low impedance installations.
